The pocket WiFi was easy to use. I couldn't get WiFi in an interior room on the cruise ship when in port. Outside the room on the decks it worked well. I would use it again.

Great product, very compact, appreciated the extra battery charger because I have run out of charge in the past but didn't need it this time. Only difficulty was finding the pick up location at Kansai airport. I would definitely rent a pocket wi-fi through Japan Wireless again.
