Wifi router rental process was very easy to use, router was at my hotel upon checkin, return process via mail was simple and the router performed flawlessly.

Easy to collect & delivery at the narita airport post box before segurity check. We don have any problem with the wifi , we justo use yo Google map AND WhatsApp to look for dirección etc,, only check if came with a power band becauseit Will help you last the whole day.

I highly recommend the pocket WiFi. I had a 9 day trip to Tokyo and on 1 of those days we had trip out to Mt. Fuji. Total of 3 devices connected. The service coverage of the pocket WiFi was excellent. Better than AT&T, which is my personal cellular service provider. You could really tell the difference in speed when we weren’t using it. Also, the battery pack that came with the unit wasn’t working but it wasn’t a problem because it lasts pretty much the whole day for navigation and normal usage. I also carry my own battery pack. I did leave a note in the return envelope notating the problem. I had it delivered to my hotel and it was in my room when I checked in. The return process is very simple, just put everything back and drop it in the mailbox at the airport before checking in for your flight. Overall I’m very pleased and satisfied with Japan wireless and will be using their services in the near future.

I rented two (2) Pocket Wi-Fi devices; both were very reliable and we experienced very few “no service” areas. I will definitely go through Japan Wireless on my next visit to Japan!

We used the Japan Wireless unlimited Wifi while we were in Japan for two weeks. As a family of five, it meant we were all able to access the internet without having to sign up to individual eSIM plans. Worked great! Definitely recommend.

The product rented from Japan Wireless was excellent for use on our recent trip to Japan. 4 members of our family were able to access the internet at any time which was invaluable. The powerbank was extra peace of mind and was only needed on one occasion. Would highly recommend - great value for money!

It worked quite well most of the time so I was happy.

This was a good pocket wifi and the connection within Tokyo was very good, even in the subways. When we went to Osaka, however, it was a little bit slower, but still connected. The only somewhat negative thing I noticed about it was that it usually needed to be recharged by late afternoon, even though we would leave our hotel early in the morning with it fully charged. However, we always carried a powerbank, so this was a minor issue. Overall I would say this was a good pocket wifi.
