Everything worked as advertised from pickup at my hotel to drop off with reception when I checked out. From 12 days in Tokyo to two days in Hiroshima including on the Shinkansen every thing went well. This was my second experience with Japan Wireless and would certainly recommend their service.

I ordered this a month before I came to Japan, and it was super easy to pick up once I arrived at the airport. Setup was super easy. It did take a few minutes for my to connect to the device but when it did I never had any problems. I had this for 8 days and I was able to navigate the city while using my phone and watched YouTube videos while resting in my hotel room, or on a coffee break at a restaurant or cafe. It has a really good battery life. I charged it at night and used it the entire day with no problems. I will be getting this again on my next trip.

Everything was fast my package was waiting for me at the airport didn't have any problems the whole time battery life is great and the return envelope makes returning easy. Will definitely use again.

We ordered this service from overseas before arriving in Tokyo. Had the items sent to our hotel in Tokyo.
Set up was easy and it was a boon to have this as, even though we had signed up for international cellular, the cellular service was weak in many places.
The only issue was that once in a while the Japan wireless WiFi took some time for a page to load.
Returning the items was also easy.
