Wifi hotspot was easy to set up and worked well even in rural areas. Good communication and good instructions.

We are from the United States. We had Japan telecom send the router to our hotel so it was there when we arrived. It worked flawlessly throughout our trip. We were able to drop it off into a post office box at the airport when we departed. Very seamless and good savings on our US cell phone option.

I reviewed multiple services and couldn’t have been happier. My WiFi was delivered to my hotel and available upon arrival and worked 100% of the time.

Renting a pocket wifi for the duration of my trip was the single smartest thing I did. Japan Wireless shipped the pocket wifi directly to my hotel and it was immediately useful for me and my family. This helped us avoid paying exorbitant international roaming fees for the vast majority of our trip, and was significantly faster and cheaper wifi than some of the hotels and other free public WiFi options. Would highly, highly recommend.

I was very happy with the Pocket Wireless product on a recent stay in Japan. The coverage was great and the products easily fit in the small bags my wife and I carried while sightseeing. The power sometimes ran down fast, but the power bank provided enough to get us through many hours per day of coverage. I would purchase again.

2nd time I’ve used the portable wifi dongle from Japan wireless, both times excellent coverage, this time a portable recharge battery was provided with which made it even better, will absolutely hire again if visagain, was very easy to order before I left home and it was waiting for me at first hotel
