I think that is necessary to order this product to travel in Japan. It's usefull, easy and practrical.

This was a wonderful product and a seamless experience.
It was really easy to get and send back the router at the airport and then connection worked everywhere.

After reading and using the device for three weeks in Japan, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this product to the future travellers to Japan. The pick up and drop service was convenient as well. Two thumbs up.

3 weeks Japan; triangle Tokio,Hiroshima,Okinawa and Ilands. No problems at all; Wifi everywhere, (maps, schedules public transport, skype etc. ) Hotel delivery in advance, Drop off at the airport Post box, pricing. All as promised! Next time again!

Had no problem whatsoever, stayed connected for a week. I booked way too late (my fault) and I was contacted asking if it was OK to deliver the device to my hotel instead of the airport - where it was waiting upon arrival. Perfect service!
