Very useful but the annext battery had a quite short autonomy.

The better goes rather quickly. My concern is only this. Otherwise it is compact and very handy to bring here and there.

Everything was perfect, I never had a problem with anything and it is really easy to return.

Very good unit to use. The most recent one i have problem with the unit and the customer service asked me to restart the unit and if the problem still persist he offered to exchange the unit. However after restarting it works fine! The most important the customer service very prompt in replying my email!! keep it up!

The Japan wireless works perfect, easy pick up and set up.
When we come back to japan we will definitely use your service again.

WiFi worked great everywhere we went. No problems whatsoever! Two of us shared the WiFi and neither one of us had issues while using it simultaneously. I would definitely order this again next time I visit Japan.

Excellent service

Solid connections throughout the entirety of our trip in Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka). Would highly recommend external battery as it barely lasts half a day as a standalone.
