Easy to use. Good service. Wish the charger could charge more quickly.

Package was waiting for us at the airport. Connection was amazing even with 6 devices. Had a problem once of no fault to the device or Japan Wireless ( some areas have wifi jamming ). Emailed JW at 10pm and got a reply right away with a positive fix. ....at 10pm ! With Wifi Calling and Internet for train schedules...and directions, this is a must have. 5 stars all the way.

Japan Wireless premium WiFi was so easy to use. Battery lasted the whole entire day for us. Reception was very good. We had great reception from Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. Thanks Japan Wireless!

Best WiFi hands down

I had my holidays in Japan and decided to use the Premium WiFi of Japan Wireless. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Easy to pick up and return, reliable, fast, with great coverage. The provided additional battery was enough to fully recharge the router and even recharge my phone to a 50%
