Easy to connect and long lasting wi-fi .we took our own power bank too to be sure to be connected all day. The power bank included wasn't that good. But after all we had wi-fi all over Japan .

I would highly recommend Japan Wireless to anyone going to Japan . Your pocket WiFi provided excellent service and it never failed us around Japan. I’m glad I chose your company. The only problem I found was where to pick up the unit. I didn’t not understand it was to be picked up at a post office. I was looking for a booth or counter to pick up the item by a person. Pick up information should be clearly explained and where the post office is at Narita Airport. Thank you very much .

Great product, very easy to pick up and return. Lasted 10hrs every day for me, didn't even need to use the power bank but good that it's provided just in case you need it for that extra bit longer

I rent this wifipocket for my visit in Japan for 2 weeks. I traveled in Tokyo but also around diffrent city.I had signal everywhere i went , even up in the mountain,at Koya Mount and Hakone. When i will return next time in Japan i will rent the .It was very easy to pick it up from airoport and after i left it at post office. Thank you

It was easy to pick up at the airport. The package came with charging adapter and cable and extra battery. Your wifi will last all day. This wifi is faster and more reliable than any public wifi we came across.

I had my wifi delivered to my hotel so I would have it when I check in.
Easy to use, very efficient. Drop off was easy and convenient at the airport by check in floor level.
