The wireless setup from Japan wireless was perfect. Easy size, easy setup, long battery and great reception. It made navigating Japan easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended ( we got two for our party of four!)

The godsend item on our Japan trip. It worked mostly fine, except in a few areas in Kyoto and around Tokyo where we had to switch off and on sometimes to get it back on. A friend in Tokyo told me it might be because different companies cover different areas and affect the speed accordingly, so it might be that. In any case we would gladly use this again.

This has been simple, fast, reliable, and way better then internet you get in Australia all for a great price. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling around Japan to grab one through Japan Wireless.

Excellent service

We traveled from the US and had our pocket WiFi delivered to our hotel upon arrival. It was charged and came with an extra power pack. We used it for both adult phones and our children’s tablets. We were able to use it daily in our adventures, the only issue is when it loses power completely if you don’t notice and you don’t have your phone on airplane mode you *might* be charged international rates from your wireless company. (This happened to me before I realized how to stop it). We did have trouble taking the device to Okinawa. It did eventually work, but it took me a few days to figure out it just needed to be reset. I emailed the company and followed their directions and the directions in the package and was able to reset it and use it on the rest of our trip. We were in many places with good service, Tokyo, Mt. Fuji area, Kyoto, and Okinawa.
