Awesome pocket wifi. Wasn’t able to get a japan wifi in Hawaii 2 weeks before our trip. Did some research, found japan wireless, read some review and took a chance with them. Did not let us down. As this was our first time going to japan and had no clue what to except. Had products delivery to our hotel. Sure enough it was waiting at our hotels front desk. No problems at all.. easy hook up to ours mobile devices.. they even gave a printed label on a new return package. All we had to do is place everything provided back in return package and down it off at the airport mailbox and it was done. Simple and easy way to get a pocket wifi for japan.

The 5 stars were given based on my last use of this device. I traveled in Japan two years ago and traveled with several members of my family. I believe 4 devices were connected and all work very well. We did not have any difficulties.
I am looking forward to my upcoming trip to Japan and using this device again. We will most likely have three devices connected.

We were four people traveling for 3 weeks in Japan. It was so useful to have Wifi with us to navigate maps and restaurants and activities. We picked up the device at our first hotel. It was delivered as expected. It was easy to use and easy to return. If we turned it on at 9 am, the battery might have lasted toll 7pm. I carried the extra battery pack with me but did not really use it. Would definitely recommend especially if you are traveling with multiple people.

We were in a Japan tour (12 cities) and the internet worked everywhere, with excellent speed. With 2/3 people connected, the router battery lasted all day (we charged it every night). The router is very small, the price is excellent, the setup is very easy (just power on the router and that's all). I believe it's the perfect solution for mobile internet as a tourist.

Everything was super easy. From reserving, to picking up and returning the device. Customer service is prompt and polite. We used this WiFi for multiple devices and had no issues what so ever. 5 star service all the way around.

I highly recommend Japan Wireless to anyone travelling to Japan. We opted to have our wifi delivered to our hotel and picked up on arrival. Our parcel was waiting at the reception for collection when we arrived. Set up was simple with instructions provided, return was also very straight forward. Coverage was excellent, battery life was great (we didn’t have to use back up battery provided) and we used all day long.
