We loved our pocket WiFi and definitely feel it was the single most important thing we booked before our trip, since it allowed us to get around while not speaking Japanese! Good connectivity, even while on subways, and the backup battery charger made it a breeze to use the entire time!

Very convenient and worth the price, shipped straight to the hotel. We lost the connection once but were able to reset it fairly quickly, had no major issues overall. Definitely recommend it!

I'm such a procrastinator, but for this last trip, that was terrible. The companies that my friends referred me to for portable wifi were all sold out. They said this is peak season, I should have reser ed early. I was in a panic, my flight was leaving the next day, so I looked online and found Japan Wreless. I was so happy that they could accommodate. They delivered to my hotel, it wax easy to use, and easy to return. I had NO problems. Very happy with this service

Working good as describe. Must use the backup battery after ~8 hours working. A 2A charger can be helpful.
One low power charger can't do the job over night.

They can drop the gadget off at your hotel and you can return by droppibg off at several post boxes in major airports. It is a sure thing. SIM cards dont work in many phones. Connection is superb, even if we had 5 gadgets connected at the same time. Battery life can be improved

Booking it was easy and we conveniently received it in our hotel. We sent it back through a post office which was an easy task as well. It was working just fine most of the time. There were a few times it wouldn't work and we had to reset it, but this didn't happen regularly. Overall, it was a positive experience.

We rented a portable WiFi from Japan Wireless for our 3 weeks in Japan and were very satisfied. The speed was good and we were able to link several devices to it. The only problem we had was that it did not work at all in Okinawa, so we had no service whatsoever for the time we at that location.
