Absolutely LOVE this service. Easy to use, works flawlessly. When I got a notice that I was out of data and it wouldn't work, I sent a panicked email to JP Wireless (of course it was on a Saturday night). In about 2 few hours I got a response on how to reset it. I didn't realize until I was packing everything up to return that they included the instructions on how to reset (its on the back)! Amazing battery life. Only had to use a backup charger on rare occassions. Fast, unlimited wifi. Easy return and the price was a tremendous value. Absolutely loved it and can't recommend to others enough! Thank you!

Fast and easy set-up, brilliant coverage with multiple users and devices everywhere we went to in Japan. The compact router fit unobtrusively in my inner jacket pocket. Easy and convenient return at the airport. Fabulous product; fabulous service!
