Great pocket WiFi to carry around while in Japan. Japan Wireless is a great company to rent from, courteous and respectful service provider.

Good battery life considering it was powered on most of the day, and the included battery pack proved extremely helpful.

Due to delay, we had our pocket wifi re-directed. The staff were extremely helpful and try their best to help out.
Pocket wifi is easy to set up and use. The coverage was pretty good, there are times that it feels really slow, could be just due to black spots.
Will I use Japan Wireless again? Most definitely.

If it wasn’t for the portable WiFi, navigating a foreign country like Japan would be so much more confusing. I used this for Google maps, and it definitely made traveling so much easier.

The service provided was excellent through the entire 2 weeks of traveling, customer service was efficient and fast. Highly recommend
