Great service

I ordered this wi-fi device through Japan Wireless "last minute" after not being able to secure one from other companies just days before my arrival in Japan. I was skeptical at first, considering other companies said they didn't have any devices available. How could this company have one readily available, at such a great price?

I picked up the device at the Haneda airport. It was very straightforward and easy to use. Service was excellent. Coverage was amazing. And I had no worries whatsoever during my entire trip.

I highly recommend Japan Wireless and I will definitely use them again when I return to Japan. Five stars (I'd give them more if I could)!

Excellent product

An unbelievable convenient service that is extremely reasonably priced but more importantly very well functional all over Japan that keeps you connected to all friends all over the world at all times.
You receive your Wi-Fi promptly on agreed upon date & place fully charged with an extra charger and the Wi-Fi is great for multiple users. My wife and I were continuously connected in Tokyo, Hiroshima, Osaka, Kyoto, Mount Fuji, Hakone. We never had to worry because of the extra charging battery. Carrying it was very easy because it came with a convenient purse that is comfortable to carry or put in a fanny pack. Drop off was even easier because it came with a mail envelop that you put the purse in & drop it in any mail box.
I highly recommend it without any reservation. It contributed tremendously to a wonderful vacation & made it unnecessary to have any phone because with the your phone on Airplane mode, the Wi-Fi, and the WhatsApp you are always connected

I used a premium pocket wi-fi for two weeks in Japan. It gave me high speed internet 99% of the time in rural and urban areas, as well as on subways, on the Shinkansen, and in underground malls and shops. On a full charge it lasted me about 10 hours as advertised.

Using premium WiFi in Japan was very convenient and easy . We ordered it online, took it from our hotel and started using it immediately. It was easy to set up and use. We had internet everywhere we went with high speed. Highly recommend!

The only thing is that it would be nice if it use Another language than japanese

10 Days in Japan..Tokyo, Nikko, Hakone, Kyoto, & Hiroshima...No problems at all! Nice work Japan Wireless!
