I find the device at the hotel. Everything was ok. We had a little problem with wi-fi passward, because on the stick was made an error, but we find the right password in the device settings.

Finding the way in Japan is difficult; surfing on the internet on a European smartphone is very expensive. With a portable wifi you can always consult Googgle Maps; a great help !

Pick up at the airport is very easy. I checked the location of the post office in advance, and after arrival, go with passport and pick-up ticket to the desk. Literally in five minutes I had the envelope. And 5 minutes later we (family of 5) were all online, and haven't been off it.
Everywhere we went there was Wi-Fi, from early in the morning to late in the evening. Throughout the day we shared photos and videos on the internet. Sometimes I had to use the included battery pack in the evening. But that, too, was very handy.
Sending it back was also super easy. At Narita airport the letterbox was 10 meters before the security check.

Never had a single bug or problem, been able to have quality internet during the whole trip. Made the travels SO much easier... would rent again in an heartbeat. Bravo

We rented a pocket WiFi for our 1 week trip to Japan and it was one of the best things we did! Both of us were able to share it and made getting around so much easier. The rental and return instructions were also easy to follow.
