Battery didn’t last as long as we had hoped but the connection was good and it was useful.

The device worked well for us during our trip. It’s important to keep an eye on the battery level because when it gets low it can disconnect from your devices.

Great deal for the price. Unlimited data at fast speeds is hard to come by, but Japan Wireless made it happen. The router was waiting for me at the airport on time despite ordering one day before my fight. Easy return process too.

Great wifi coverage never had an issue

The internet speed was excellent, although at some points it stopped working for a few minutes, the staff was really helpful too, I forgot my router in the airport and they sent it to my hotel room. Recommended.

I found this router simply perfect. The battery can not last all day long, but a super useful powerbank is available. I used it for more than 10 days, always connected, both me and my girlfriend. I have never had any issue regarding the signal, even far from metropolitan areas. Recommended!

I am absolutely enthusiastic about Japan Wireless. It waited for me at the Fukuoka Airport, directly in the arrival hall. There is a charger and a power bank included, all works very well. I do a lot of walking and so am I am independent from hotspots and hotels. We had already Japan Wireless last year. Even an envelope for sending it back is included.
