My travel wifi broke down while traveling in Japan. Japan Wireless had a replacement for me the next day at the front desk of my hotel. Japan Wireless does believe in customer satisfaction. They are fabulous.

We traveled to Japan twice now and have tried JW and Ninja. Both seemed to be the exact same. One had better battery life. Still excellent service.

Working brilliantly. Access to internet at the top of the mountain and in the deepest tube tunel. Nice.

It was so clear and good connection even in country side where I visit my relatives.
Last router I rented did not work there so I had doubt this may not work. But was really surprised that I had connection everywhere I went. I sure will choose this wireless router from now on.
