Scheduled pickup online through their website. Upon arriving at airport we picked up a package at the post office pick up indicated on the instructions we received via email (just need to provide your name and package is waiting). Service from the pocket WiFi was great. No throttling or slowdowns and kept my devices online the entire time. Drop off was simple as it comes with a prepaid return envelope so you just need to drop it off at a mailbox in the airport.

I used this service for two weeks and it works awesome. I would definitely recommend the insurance since I somehow lost everything but the router and it ended up saving me a ton.

Our pocket wifi worked great, the extra battery came in handy a few days. The whole process was quick, easy and efficient. We had wifi anywhere we went! It was amazing. We were easily able to connect our 3 devices and be on our way right at the airport. I wish more countries had this kind of service available!

Excellent wifi coverage everywhere we went. No interruptions anywhere including on the Shinkansen to Kyoto. Would definitely use again.

Really loved this wifi- so easy to use and well priced

We went to major cities like Tokyo Hiroshima, Kobe, Osaka and Nara and thus portable wifi gave us good connections everywhere. It lasts without charging for app. 12hrs if two persons connected. If you put your phone airplane mode it lasts longer. Great service!
