This allowed us to keep in communication anywhere and it made finding directions and translations much easier.

The most useful item to get for a trip. Battery only went down 30% per day. Google maps was essential for the trip making this invaluable

The portable WiFi was amazing— from pick-up at the airport to the u limited data during our two weeks in japan!

We used the Japan Wireless hotspot throughout the country with excellent results. Three is us had phones and watches attached and it worked great.

Battery life was good but needed to be plugged in after about 7-8 hours so utilize the provided battery when necessary.

Data was truely unlimited even thought the screen of the hotspot gave a warning about going over 7 gigs. We used around 40 gigs in the time that we were there (2 weeks). I recommend the service.

I can not express how much this made our vacation! I do not know what we would have done without this device. I was extremely impressed with the ease of the whole process, the quality of the machine and the overall service. Just superb. Do yourself a favor and rent from them!

Real unlimited internet, we got a powerbank with it so no problem with battery life. Easy return !

Better way to explore the cities !!!

Having a pocket WiFi in Tokyo is a “must”. The one from Japan wireless works great. It was very convenient to have it shipped to my hotel.

If you are travelling around Japan you need to get this! It was more useful than I could have imagined. Wifi speed was brilliant, even with 4 of us connected at one time. Pick up/drop off at the airport was so easy.
Only thing I noticed was the battery life wasn't great - I found myself having to recharge it in the middle of each day (and I had to hold the wire in a certain position to actually charge it...annoying) but they give you a portable battery charger.
