This pocket wifi is great. The only time we had any problems with it was on one day it didn't work for about 4 hours. But lucky we already were familiar around the area.

I've used Japan wireless twice already and it has never failed me! The speed is so fast and it is able to connect 5 gadgets I brought with me on my trip! I highly recommend this!

I will definitely use Japan Wireless on my next trip to Japan. The WiFi signal was strong during our entire trip even when we went up to Sapporo and other parts of Hokkaido. I arranged the pick up at QL Liner at the Narita airport (terminal 2) when we arrived. JW includes return packaging so the return was very easy. I just dropped it off at the post office on the 4th floor of terminal 1 at Narita on our way out. I thought the price was very reasonable and well worth it. I paid around 100$ USD for 13 days. It was perfect for using google maps, navigating public transportation and social media. I would highly recommend JW.

Everything was streamlined, easy, worked without a hitch. From airport pick up, set up, to postbox stop off. I didn't realise how useful having in demand Wi-Fi would be. Used it a lot for navigating to new accommodation. Wi-Fi always lasted all day, never needed the back up battery, but we were not uploading much.

Great idea! Great product. It was so easy to use and getting and returning it was so simple! Would highly recommend for travelers to japan in need of wifi access.
