Great service and easy to use. Would definitely use JW again the next time I'm in Japan

I have used once before and have ordered now for a second time. I had perfect coverage through all of Tokyo and the spare battery charger was very handy for both the wifi and my phone

Amazing!! Was rather cautious at first, but needn't be at all. Pick up was simple and easy. Fast and quick set up of the device. It came with a spare battery, which was rarely used as the device lasted ages. Used it all the time, sometimes instead of the hotel WiFi! Signal was strong and download was speedy, wherever we went. Really simple return too. Couldn't recommend any more! Will be using again!

Definitely a must have when traveling around Japan. Purchase included pocket wifi and portable charger. Provided fast wifi wherever we went!

I travel to Japan anywhere from 6-10 times a year and I have used Japan Wireless' services for a few years now. It is simply so convenient—I pre-order, I arrive at my hotel and pick up the wifi unit, I use it EVERYWHERE and EVERYDAY, then I pop it in the mailbox at the airport before my return flight home.
