I was in Japan and went all around for 3 weeks and the service was really good. I had to reset the pocket Wi-Fi at certain times as it would stop receiving service but it was nothing major just a turn off and on

Ordered 3 days before arrival; package ready for us at hotel in Kyoto when we arrived. Connected immediately and enjoyed speedy internet everywhere we went in Kyoto and Osaka. Dropped into post box at Narita just before we went through customs. Awesome service.

Ordered Japan- wireless online and was delivered to our hotel in Tokyo as arranged. Easy to setup, and had a great connection where ever we went. I would totally recommend this to any one, great value.

The service was outstanding, and the instructions are easy to follow. My pocket WiFi’s battery lasted all day, but the extra battery they included was nice to have just in case.

When I visit in 2021 I will be sure to use Japan Wireless again. Don’t look elsewhere, this is a convenient service for busy travelers and new travelers.

Very easy to use and easy to take out and to return

We got great service from the start and got the modem to my hotel. You cant go to Japan without wi-fi and the service worked great everywhere from trains to all the cities that we visited
