Used it for a week stay in Tokyo - it worked flawlessly. Didn't have to use the extra battery either (though it would be needed for long days).

I used the Premium Wi-Fi for 2 weeks in Tokyo and I had reception everywhere. The speed was consistent and I never ran out of battery (possibly because I charged it daily); I was out and about more than 9 hrs a day. I will absolutely use Japan Wireless again the next time I go to Japan.

Ive used Japan wireless 5 times now and the Wi-Fi has worked flawlessly each time ive been to Japan. The unit has always been delivered in a timely fashion and is easy to return.

We used the premium-wifi for three weeks in Japan. It worked very good. Only one failure and we could easily reset that. We enjoyed also the extra power bank. Thx!

The wi-fi device was always working perfectly and never run out of battery. In the package was anyway included a power bank. Delivery and returning of the device was very easy and comfortable. Absolutely recommended!

We traveled to Tokyo, Osaka and Hiroshima, it was great to always be connected!

I travel to Japan often for business. I always rent this product for my trips. The best thing is that it doesn't throttle me after so a set amount of data. I've been able to do work, watch movies on Netflix, stream music, etc. I won't get anything else for my trips. Keep up the great work Wireless Japan.
