Easy to order, waiting for us in hotel on arrival, worked reliably all the time we were travelling in Japan and easy to return by posting back. Quite simply an excellent service. Would thoroughly recommend.

Indispensable piece of kit

We have been using a Japan-Wireless Premium Wi-Fi device during our visits to Japan over the last 3 years. We have found the product simple to use and very convenient. The additional battery included in the pack is very useful for those very long days of adventuring and exploring. We have recommended this product to family members who have also had very positive experiences. Customer Service is very helpful and friendly. The variety of delivery options are a great convenience. And instructions for pick-up, drop-off and general usage of the device are easy to understand.

Excellent service and connectivity

Would definitely use Japan Wireless again. Worked everywhere & the speeds were great. Power Pack at no extra cost was very handy - not only for long days on the wi-fi but also for boosting phone batteries.

Fantastic product and service. Quick and simple pick up and drop off, light and small unit, very easy to set up, excellent connection even when in rural areas, strong signal even for streaming tv shows and great battery life (didn’t need to use the battery pack though reassuring to have). Brilliant from start to finish. I’d 100% recommend if you are visiting and travelling around Japan and want to have mobile connectivity.

Ordered online from the UK the device was waiting for us at our Hotel when we arrived in Tokyo. Portable wifi worked wherever we travelled in Japan. Simple to set up and we just popped it in the envelope and handed it back to our hotel reception when we departed.

It worked fantastically during our World Cup trip. Ordering on line and collecting and returning to the post office at Narita was straightforward and quick and it was great value. Highly recommended..
