We had trouble initially getting delivery because of typhoon hagibis, but I was contacted by Japan Wireless and received the units at my hotel very quickly.

I had great success using this wifi device to share with 3 phones on a trip to Japan. It worked everywhere and had fantastic connectivity. Everything worked seamlessly. Fast processing at pick up. Strong signal throughout our travels, with 6 users at any one time. Power last most of the day and great have the power bank to support it.
And finally was easy to drop off at an airport postbox-with the envelop they had already provided. .

Fully recommend using this so everyone in the family can connect and use everywhere. Never encountered speed or reception problems and the battery pack that comes with the bundle was very useful on a few occasions. It is small enough to go out at night without having to carry a ruck sack. Beware that it can get pretty warm.
