The wifi device was waiting when we got to the hotel. The service was excellent, with no drop outs. Battery lasted all day

The transaction is very easy, from ordering up to the returning of the device. My only comment was the device drains very fast that it needs to be recharged after 3 hours. Though there is a powerbank included but still, it easily trains. All in all, I will definitely use this again when we go back.

Pick up location at the airport was convenient and quick. Setting up the pocket WiFi was relatively easy as well. The directions included were simple to follow. The back up battery that’s included was a life saver!
