Pickup package at the airport mail office without any trouble. The modem last the whole day without even using the provide battery bank! And with their battery bank you won’t need to bring your own, which is a big plus! Will definitely use Japan Wireless again.

Great coverage and throughput while I was in Japan

The service met and exceeded our expectations, we had service at all times throughout Tokyo and Kyoto. Battery life of the device was great, we had no need to connect to other WiFi points not even at the hotel, I would totally advise anyone this service when visiting Japan. The pick up and drop off were super easy as well. They provided a small pouch to carry and an extra battery in case it died which we ended up using for our phones, we were totally satisfied. Thank you Japan wireless.

Absolutely brilliant way to access Wi-fi 24/7 in Japan. The unit worked very well and the whole process including delivery to our hotel, and return by pre-paid envelope, was efficient and convenient. Quite often the Wi-fi via the mobile unit was far superior to any hotel wi-fi!
