wherever we went we had secure access to the internet without the need to keep changing from train to hotel and sometimes, for example when walking in a city, to no other access to the internet---a very worthwhile luxury

Japan Wireless pocket wifi was a very helpful device navigating in Japan. It was handy especially when we were in the train researching the internet, getting the exact location of destination. Connection was very fast. The online rental was easy. When we picked up the pocket wifi at the airport, there was a complete instruction on how to use it, p how to return it at the airport drop off box and they even included a return envelope. I would definitely use this service again.
