Japan wireless is really good all over Japan. Never had any issues with service. If there were any problems with the unit, a replacement was received the same day. Been using Japan wireless for 4 years now every time I go to Japan.

It might cost a bit more than some other options from your home country, but it is guaranteed to suit local Japanese conditions and I have never been let down yet. Always delivered on time to my hotel, works flawlessly, and easy to return into a mailbox at the airport when leaving Japan. Couldn't be simpler!

I rented a pocket wifi during my stay in Japan and was very satisfied with it. Very easy pick-up and drop off at the airport. Very pleased to be able to google things along the way and finding my way to sights. 10 out of 10!

I can fully recommend Japan Wireless for everybody visiting Japan. You can order it for a specified number of days. We split the WiFi with a friend. Signal strength was OK. I especially liked that it had unlimited data, so that we did not have to worry about running out by the end. Internal battery last about a full day but a Xiaomi power bank was also provided.

Excellent service ideal when travelling around Japan. Easy to set up and everything you need to return when you have finished. Will definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

The wifi device was waiting for me at the hotel and worked fine during the two weeks we stayed in Hokkaido. Appreciated the extra power bank which allowed us to remain connected during some long days away from the hotel.
