Having the Pocket Wi-fi was awesome. I definitely could not have done the trip without it. The value was good and the wi-fi was unlimited. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 starts was I had to re-set the wi-fi a couple times. Other than that my experience with Japan Wireless was great. The wi-fi met me at the hotel as promised and at the end of my stay I returned it in the addressed/postage paid envelope that was provided. I even got an e-mail advising me they had received the Pocket Wi-fi back.

I highly recommend getting your portable wifi router from Japan-Wireless! It’s very affordable and it was delivered right on time directly to my hotel. They were even kind enough to let me extend it for an extra 12 hours. The WiFi was AMAZING! Much better than paying for international data usage through your cellphone provider. Easy to pack up and return. Definitely recommending Japan-Wireless to my friends/family!

It is very east to use and worked great during my family's stay in Japan.

Very happy with the wifi connection and service we had during our stay.
The only problem we encountered was picking it up due to language barrier when asking for directions. Avoid this mistake by checking their website for exact directions to their kiosk.
