Worked fab. Was so great to have wifi conveniently with me everywhere as I travelled solo around Japan.

The wireless pocket WiFi was fabulous to have and it guaranteed I always had a connection. The only reason I gave it four stars is I found the battery died very quickly and that was annoying.

We ordered the pocket wifi online from Australia a few weeks in advance and it was delivered to our hotel one day before our check-in. Connection and activation was quick and easy. We had 3 devices connected to it everyday and never had any issues with battery life. We just charged it at night when we returned to our hotel. The speed and coverage was great for our family during our three week stay in Japan.

This is our second time using Japan Wireless. Just like last time it arrived safely at our first hotel, worked seamlessly throughout our trip, including on the ski fields of Hokkaido. Reliable effective and fast.

Definitely 10/10. So happy with the service , it was a life saver. We had ESIMs but when those did not work well, the WiFi did.
