Equipment was delivered to the Tokyo hotel as requested. Service and coverage was excellent and uninterrupted through out the trip. Return was a breeze through the prepaid envelope.

The service provided by Japan Wireless was outstanding. Pocket wifi delivered to my hotel, worked great. Process was easy and reasonably priced.

Me and my husband had never been to Japan before so this device made our trip 100 times easier to navigate the city without paying ridiculous roaming charges. We ordered the premium pocket WiFi for the entire time we were there and I’m so glad we did! The wireless internet was way better quality than we receive in our own town. We had no difficulties with it what so ever. It was also very easy to retrieve it, we simply picked it up at our airport terminal post office and it was as easy as that, then we simply put it in the mailbox in its package that it came with to return it.

I had no idea what I was doing when ordering a pocket WiFi. I literally just googled “pocket WiFi router for Japan trip” and found an article that led me to this website. The website itself was so quick and easy to order! Once we landed in Japan the only problem I had was finding the post office located at the airport, but that’s just because I chose to pick it up there instead of the hotel we were staying at. Once receiving my router it took me less than 5 minutes to set it up! I’ll note that my grandmother with whom I was traveling with had also ordered a pocket WiFi, but through another company. It took me longer to try to figure hers out than it did with mine. We were in Japan for 10 days traveling through Tokyo to Hiroshima and not once did my WiFi fail me! Especially when I used google maps all day everyday! Definitely will be using this company again for any future Japan trips!

Was an excellent little device, coverage everywhere we went and much cheaper than international roaming.

This portable Wi-Fi was pretty good, however it was still spotty in certain areas. I stayed in Niseko so the reception wasn't always reliable. It did its job though and I was pretty satisfied.

We arranged pocket wifi to travel recently in Japan, the whole process, access, service was beyond what we expected, not one complication in the process from ordering to dropping off after our trip. Thanks Japan Wireless

Even if we ordered just a day before our trip, our device was immediately delivered to our hotel on the day of our arrival. The package was complete and connection was never a problem whether we were in Sapporo or in Tokyo. Japan Wireless is highly recommended for its efficient service and top notch customer care. Would avail of its services again on our next trip to Japan.

All went very well except it wifi ended earlier than expected.

I have no complaints about the pocket wifi. Worked perfect. Always had a signal. But the only problem was the charging cord. It would take so long to charge the pocket wifi and the battery. Sometimes it would be plugged in all night and in the morning still wasn’t charged.
I’m not sure if I got a defective charging cord.
I plan to use it again in the future. Hopefully charging the power won’t be a problem.
