Prompt service, the 4 out of 5 times we have used them we have had no problems with the wifi. The one time we had a problem (only a few devices were able to connect) we were able to exchange the pocket wifi for a new one.

Unfortunately we were unable to travel to Japan early last year due to travel restrictions. However the team at Japan Wireless were very prompt at offering a full refund for us. We will definitely be re-ordering a wifi product from them when travel resumes. :-)
