I used Japan Wireless as a pocket Wifi provider four years ago and I didn't hesitate to use them again. The company is straightforward in their billing and the wifi was reliable everywhere we went.

equipment was delivered promptly. returns logistics were simple (but would be better if they confirmed receipt since there is a steep penalty for not returning equipment). coverage was good for the duration of the trip. convenient and safe to have secure private wifi connection on the two week trip. only issue is that the device itself is heavy compared to a data sim card. not a heavy user, only needed the device, not the incluided charge brick.

I think this is one of the best I have with extra spare battery provided inside the bag. easily connected and durable. Only lost the signal a few time due to underground expressway. other then that, this is the best I have use. thanks
