It arrived at the hotel as requested. Easy to set up, but a bit tricky to charge as there weren’t detailed instructions in English. Easy to return. Glad I had it.

I needed a hotspot for work while on a business trip in Okinawa. Japan wireless was easy to order, arrived at the hotel right on time, had great packaging and was a dream to use and send back. Just put everything in the envelope and dropped it off at a post office down the street from the hotel. Would highly recommend!

Good battery and connectivity

I had an excellent experience with Japan Wireless during my recent two week stay in Japan. The mobile device was waiting for me when I arrived in my hotel. When I left Japan, I simply left the device (in the envelope provided by Japan Wireless) with the hotel. The mobile WiFi worked well during my whole trip and the instructions are easy to follow. I must say the whole transaction was seamless.
