The equipment pick up and drop off was very convenient. The Wi-Fi signal was always strong. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling in Japan.

Was waiting for us at hotel as promised before arrival. Easy return in terminal at Haneda. No issues connnecting all over Tokyo, chiba, Yokohama and Tsukuba areas.

We preordered our device and picked up it and dropped it off at the airports. We traveled through 3 cities over 2 weeks. This device was perfect for us, we both used it and never had any issues. It lasted us throughout our 10 hour days. The portable charger was useful when needed but pretty heavy in my bag. The return process was easy and we could use it until we had airport wifi.

The pocket Wi-Fi worked flawlessly and made our trip more enjoyable by allowing us to stay connected to google maps and google translate. Even better than our hotel Wi-Fi. Well worth the money spent.
