I used Japan Wireless premium wifi for about 3 weeks after moving to my new home. The router was easy to set up, and the return process was smooth. I also appreciated that I could rent the wifi for exactly the number of days I needed it. I would recommend this service for anyone else who has to contend with the time gap between their old home internet being cut and their new home network getting installed.

My Japan Wireless mobile Wi-Fi was the ideal solution to my communication needs whilst on holiday in Japan. The pack was waiting for me at my first hotel and was easy to set up. There were no concerns about lack of signal, even in some remote areas, and I was able to use Google Maps and TripAdvisor easily to get to where I needed to be. My friend was also able to use the Wi-Fi and the unlimited data plan meant no worries about sending WhatApp photos back to my friends and family. Highly recommended!

I ordered this after I realised my Japan sim card had expired! I ordered and it was delivered to my hotel the same day! The wifi worked great and had no issues with two of us using the device no matter where we were.
