It worked well, great service and very easy to use

This was my second time using Japan wireless pocket wifi. I find it to be a very reliable, cost effective way of having continuous data.

Pick up on airport arrival is extremely easy!
Coverage is amazing from Niigata to Fukuoka. We had no trouble at any time.
We will always be using this service in all our visits to Japan

Super easy and convenient to collect and drop off. Had excellent Wi-Fi my entire trip no matter where I was, my entire group were on the Wi-Fi and we all had excellent data download speed. Highly recommend. Will do it again on my next visit.

Everything went very smoothly and the Wi-Fi connection during our trip was great. Everywhere from Tokyo, to Ito to Kyoto we had no issues. Pick up at Narita airport was simple and the office was easy to find. The mail in for return was also quite simple, but it was a little weird that I had to write a little bit of Japanese on the envelope. The person at the post office couldn’t do it. Not a big deal, but not sure why I had to write it. Otherwise, no complaints and I would definitely recommend getting this Wi-Fi if you’re going to travel in Japan.

Our 3rd trip to Japan and this little beauty- small enough to forget you are carrying but big enough to make sure we had excellent coverage where ever we went - came with charger too as a bonus- no issues - easy pick up and easy drop off at post box at Haneda.

Amazing device to travel around Japan with. The Internet speed is unhindered and fast, and the provided charger and power bank was helpful as well. Recommended!

The pocket wifi and spare battery was a very old unit. When you see it you might have a second thought of renting it but then it turn out very useful and essential during travel, commuting on train and finding locations for shopping. Hopefully next time again.
