The whole process went through smoothly: the device had arrived at the hotel before me, was working perfectly and it was easy to return at the end due to clear instructions. Will be booking this again for my next stay!

Very happy with the overall service. Collected at hotel on arrival and the device lasted a long time without recharge. The wifi signal was excellent and super fast speed. Easy drop off at the airport. I will definitely order again when in Japan next (from Australian tourist).

On the first night out in Japan, we landed in Osaka and were going to visit Kyoto the following day. Put it bluntly, the Wi-Fi was amazing and really easy to use. It was very cool that it was touch screen and had an organized interface for easy access to many options. When I was traveling from Osaka to Hiroshima, the day was long and I was really surprised with the battery life on the pocket Wi-Fi. Even though I left it on all day the battery was amazing and lasted throughout the whole day. Not once did I needed to charge it midday in order to keep using it. Although, I recommend that you turn off the Wi-Fi when not in use in order to not waste battery. Overall the trip was a blast and I recommend anyone to use Japan Wireless as an essential part to your next Japan trip.

Great service and easy to pickup and return. Found the connection mostly good but definitely dropped out sometimes. But only a few spots here and there. Highly recommend!

I am so glad my cousin recommended getting pocket wifi. It was easy to pick up and drop off tight at the airport. And I’m not “techie” at all but the directions were simple. My daughter and I could share when we were together which was convenient and economical. But if we went different places one of us was without- I wish we had each gotten one. It was essential for reliable gps to get us back to the hostel! We highly recommend!

Only trouble I had was finding the post office stand at Narita when I arrived (English speaker from US so user error there). Unit itself was easy to set up and transport around with me and drop off as well. Would use again
