Japan Wireless was a good decision we made after researching a bit on which pocket wifi would work the best and this one was best for the price and the value. We were sent 2 devices incase one dies during the day usage then the second can be used and that worked out perfect. I used to charge both the devices every night and have both ready and tucked into my backpack for the day. We had 3 iphone devices connected each day to the wifi and it worked pretty well. Although the 3rd device(my husbands) we used sparingly while I used mine for all the navigation around the city's of Japan. Daughter used it while on board a train or bus to keep her busy. Only one day we encountered some glitch and the wifi went down for about 40-60 mins and then came back around 5pm evening so not sure what exactly happened there. But overall, I would definitely recommend, Japan wireless.

Very great product and service

I am from US and ordered WIFI. The signal is great and process is so easy. I picked up device from Tokyo airport and return it at Okasa airport.

It was great experience

We were advised to pick up a wifi jetpack or sim card in when visiting Japan. We are so glad we did! We used Japan wireless and had no issues with internet access at all.

The pickup and drop-off processes were very convenient and smooth. The connection was great all through our stay in Japan.

Traveled to Japan for 2 weeks, Osaka, Kyoto, & Tokyo in June 2023. The wifi device died after using for the first week, I guess due to over heating. I called customer service and they sent a replacement device to my hotel in Kyoto. The device arrived before I even got to the hotel. Thank you for an awesome customer service!

The unit was waiting for us at our hotel when we checked in. It worked awesome for multiple units and other than the occasional loss of coverage on the bullet train it worked beautifully. Placing it the return packaging provided and slipping it into a mailbox at the airport on our way home was so convenient. Will definitely use Japan Wireless on our next visit.

When I visit Japan, I always get my wifi from Japan Wireless. The unit has always been on time, works well and the return is easy.

The set I received had a issue on charging cable. The customer service sent me the new set. It was speedy and responsive.
