It made our trip run much more smoothly with internet access!

Fast wifi wherever you go in japan

This pocket wifi was great! It provided fast internet even while in the Shinkansen - we always had connection and one full battery charge can last up to 10-12 hours of heavy use. I strongly recommend this service provider.

Excellent service, product. Don't know what we would have done without it. Highly recommend if travelling throughout Japan.

Good product and Great customer service!

I did quite a bit of research on which company to go with and thought it was best to go with Japan Wireless and it definitely did not disappoint!!! There are many other pocket wifi providers but some claim unlimited and then end up throttling (read reviews) or going from 4G down to 3G. This did not happen with Japan Wireless so when they mean unlimited data, they meant it! Only dropped to 3G in a few areas that didn't have solid 4G coverage. We had 5 devices (allowed up to 10) going most of the day and night and rarely ever had any slow down or drops. On the off chance it dropped, simply had to power down the unit and turn it back on! If we ever return to Japan, will be 100% certain to go with Japan Wireless. Also so easy to pick up the wifi unit at the airport and even easier to return to any of the red postal boxes.

This is a great product, excellent way to have service anywhere you go. The company makes it easy to rent, pick up and return. Excellent.

This was easily the best purchase we made for our trip to Japan. We had fantastic service everywhere except Mt Fuji and the speeds were excellent.
