No issues in getting the devices started. Good reception. Only had minor reception in sole remote areas. The cable to charge was of poor quality. Bring your own USB’s cable to charge

This worked really well during our stay in Japan.
It was convenient to pick up at the post office in Narita Terminal 1 and easy to set up. We linked it to two devices and immediately started using it. We also added another device while in Kyoto.
A real advantage was that we were able to make VOIP telephone calls.
It was easy to prepare for return and convenient to just drop in a post box.
While visiting Japan, I also recommended this device to other travelers on the Facebook page.
I found a coupon code on line that saved enough that I opted to add insurance. I rarely purchase insurance, but saved enough to cover the cost.
