This pocket wifi was PERFECT for our trip. It is truly unlimited data! I was able to stream F1 in full HD and my girlfriend streamed TikToks. We never had any problems. Very reasonable price as well. When we return to Japan we will be using this company again. Thank you Japan Wireless!! 😁👍

japan wireless wifi rental is the best wifi service to be rent if you are in japan. very good customer service.

Rented japan wireless wifi before arriving in Japan, unit was waiting for us at the airport kiosk. User friendly, with easy to follow instructions. The company updated us a few days before leaving that there’s only a few days left in the rental- with instructions on how to extend if we need to or how to return it ( clear instructions with pictures ). Overall, it was a great experience.

Easy to receive, easy to use, easy to return. Only thing is that it somehow took long to charge depending on what charger I used.
