fast and very reliable

I visited several locations during my stay in Japan, the Premium mobile Wi-Fi worked in all locations. It came in handy as a charger on several occasions. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotspot worked well for our family of 4. We used about 1GB/day. Range is probably 20ft which was fine as we were mainly sightseeing and used our phones to get around and take pictures. The battery lasts till evening and we plugged it in to the spare battery. Also used the translater quite a lot, much more convenient than using the phone for everything.

Great experience with Japan Wireless. Our package was waiting for us when checked into the hotel. Met our needs of providing secure Wifi during our trip around Japan.

This wifi was great, especially having the extra battery saved us a couple of times as it would also charge the phones as well as a backup to the wifi. Very easy to use and would use this product again when we go back to Japan.

Works pretty much like you expect. Only had to restart a couple of times in 12 days.

It was easy to pick up at the airport, easy to use wherever we went and easy to drop off. I’ll be using it again when I come back (hopefully soon).
