Very good pocket wifi, battery lasts for the whole day, connectivity is always good even with 4 device connection. Used it on whole Hokkaido island trip. Picking up and sending back is very easy and seamless too.

This pocket wifi was amazing!! I never had any issues with it and it worked seamlessly with all my devices. The unlimited package allowed me to stream from my laptop and do everything on my phone. Fantastic. Also came with a battery pack - super thoughtful.

Very efficient and fast wifi. Used it in Osaka and Kyoto area. Easy to get and easy to return. Helpful staff that respond even in the wee hours of the evening. When I return to Japan next year (and in the coming years) Japan Wireless will be my new go-to.
