My wife, daughter and I went to Japan. I asked my domestic carrier what the cost would be for roaming while in Japan. They told me $28 per day. As this was a 14+ day trip, I thought this was insane ($392+tax). Instead, I found Japanese wireless and paid less than $80. It was easy to use; a breeze to get (sent to my hotel) and easy to return at the airport. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Ordered 2 pocket wifi for my kids. We had it delivered to our hotel where it was waiting for us upon arrival. Connectivity was great! Worked without fail with my kids phones and watches. Even on the Shinkansen we had no issues. When were we done we used the adressed stamped envelopes and our hotel mailed it back for us. We received a confirmation email 2 days later. Overall, great service and the connectivity was reliable and fast. Will definitely Japan Wireless again.
