Picking up the Wireless at Narita Terminal 2 and then Dropping it at the same Terminal. Instructions are clear and easy to follow with the return parcel being pre-filled. We were 2 travelers using it from Tokyo to Fujikawaguchi. The battery lasted all day with about 30% remaining at the end. Absolutely recommended and will recommend to anyone going to Japan!

I needed WiFi service for my 10 day trip at our house in the countryside of Higashihiroshima. I was concerned that I wouldn't get a consistent signal since the house is in an isolated valley off the main highway but it was no problem. I had a strong, consistent signal for the entire trip. I was able to work and use all my productivity apps during the day, and in the afternoons/evenings I was able to stream without any buffering issues. The battery itself lasts a long time, I didn't even need to use the backup battery that they sent with it. Will definitely use this again for upcoming trips.

Rented the Pocket WiFi for a week while I was in Kyoto and surrounding areas and couldn’t be more pleased with it. I would definitely use this service again. I used mine from sun up to sun down and never had to use the included power bank that comes with it.

We were a group of four, so instead of buying 2 or more SIM cards we rented a router from Japan Wireless. It was the best choice. 54 euros for 4 people for 9 days with unlimited data. Excellent!!!
