This is the second time I used Japan Wireless for my travels in Japan. The process is incredibly easy from start to finish. We had a signal everywhere and it was so convenient. Instructions are easy to follow! Great customer service—always polite and professional.

Worked flawlessly across the Kanto plain and Mt. Fuji, for data and navigation. I'd recommend the "hotspot" to anyone visiting Japan.

I use this company and this pocket wifi in many occasions from 2017 and the service and the speed of the wifi is always perfect. That’s why I always recommend it to all my friends.

I ordered wifi from Japan Wireless ahead of arriving Haneda Airport in Tokyo. I presented the vocher and were handed over the pocket wifi, charger with cable, and a power bank. I also got the return envelope. We were 3 people travelling together and shared the pocket wifi. Wifi speed opted for was 180+ Mbps, and we had great wifi-service all over Tokyo. The service has unlimited data so we didn't bother to use wifi hotspots or the hotel wifi. We charged the wifi every night and it lasted until late evening without running out of battery, we didn't have to connect it to the power bank provided with the service. I have ordered the same wifi service for my next travel to Japan, in early May.

Visited Japan for the first time and during my research on whether I should get a pocket wifi or SIM card, I went with the pocket wifi through Japan wireless because of their rave reviews. It was convenient as far as pick up and return and ease of using it. Will use this company again when I return for another visit in 2 years!

Wifi was delivered to my hotel where i picked it up on checkin. Equipment was easy to setup and use during my stay. No issues with wifi signal or battery life. Returned everything in envelope provided. Whole experience couldnt have been better.
