This item's reception was great, never had an issue in the reception. I did have an issue with the cable connector, I reached out to Japan Wireless and they immediately send me a new cable set to my hotel. That act made my experience with Japan Wireless great, they were great and excellent experience.

I requested that the pocket wifi to be sent to my hotel. When I checked in at the hotel, the package was there and it was really easy to connect.

The battery lasted the entire day without any issues. This is a good thing to have around when you are visiting Japan.

The package was waiting in my hotel room on arrival, so easy to connect to your phone, extremely reliable, able to make video call as well as downloads. With out this we would of been much more limited with our ability to get about and make the most of our time in Japan

We picked up our WiFi unit at Haneda Airport. From that moment we had very good WiFi. It was easily portable and made sure that we could use our apps and were in communication straight away. There was no fuss in charging the unit and we were never close to running out of battery. We would use it again on further trips.

Have rented the WiFi devices for many years. Having the spare battery really keeps it going. I tried the eSIM but it didn’t work. Cannot beat the WiFi unit and spare battery. Not to mention waiting for me at the hotel at checkin and the return postage paid envelope. Will be back again for sure

The pocket wifi and extra power bank made navigating Japan very easy. It worked all over the country even in remote areas. The price was amazing. Will definitely rent again in the future.
