Having wifi for our trip was a necessity. We were VERY happy with our rental of the device. It supported 3 of us on our phones and was easy to charge and travel with. Returning was extremely easy and efficient. Highly recommend to anyone traveling in Japan.

Ordering is easy. It was easy to pick up in the airport. It includes a powerbank but I wasn't able to use it cause the pocket wifi last 8-10 hrs.

Coverage was great. Even in some fairly remote areas. On the Bullet Train was not great but, so was the onboard wifi. Plan covered 3 connections. Wish there was 4 but, managed fine with what was configured.
